I have been a photographer my whole life, since I was given a camera at age ten.
Traveling the globe first with my husband and later with my own children has given me a unique perspective on saving family memories. I’d love to work with you to see your family memories preserved forever.

We loved our family's photo shoot in Kyoto! Lin was very patient and relaxed, which helped us and our small children be comfortable and enjoy the time. At times I felt worried if we would capture enough because of the challenges of photography with our young children, but Lin captured so many perfect smiles and moments between us! This November, Lin took a beautiful fall photo shoot of our family. We know her personally and it was lovely to see how our children interacted with her so easily. She communicated with them in a warm way without any pressure, but with clever tricks to capture some great moments. I think that she has a high level of professionalism in her eye for composition, color and light. The communication is easy and she made sure to inform us beforehand about important details such as clothes color co-ordination. Lin is an incredibly patient and talented photographer. She took some wonderful pictures of our family during the cherry blossom season in an unbelievably crowded park! She is great with kids and managed to capture each of our personalities so well in the pictures. We received a preview the very same evening with the complete gallery just over a week later. Lin did a fantastic job on our sakura photoshoot. She knew exactly the perfect places to get the best pictures with the right lighting. She brought a comfortable blanket for us to sit on for seated shots and was very patient for the ongoing temper tantrums my toddler kept throwing. It was a really relaxing, pleasant experience working with her. I received several same day preview photos and all of the photos less than 2 weeks later in super cute packaging. We had a family of 3 photoshoot (with an 5 month old) in the most beautiful spots around Kyoto. It was our first time in Kyoto so Lin picked the spots as we were overwhelmed with choice. She choose a few well known spots and a few obscure ones. She went over some clothing options that would look good with the backdrops which was also very helpful and she knew how to handle small children as she has some of her own.
